ANA (Anti-nuclear antibody) Testing
Antinuclear antibodies (ANA) are auto-antibodies against nuclear components, including double and single stranded DNA and histones. These antibodies can be detected with an ANA test. In this technique, a fluorescent-labeled immunoglobulin is used to detect immunoglobulin in the patient's serum against nuclear components. We currently use rat liver as a source of nuclear components. Patient sample in sequential dilutions (to obtain an ANA titer) is incubated with rat liver. If there are antibodies against nuclear components, these will bind to the nuclei in the liver. The bound antibodies can then be detected using a secondary fluorescent-labeled antibody against the species-specific immunoglobulin with fluorescent microscopy. Different immunofluorescent patterns can be seen such as homogenous (shown on the left), speckled and nucleolar. However, in the dog, these patterns are not specific for a particular antibody or disease. The test requires the use of species-specific fluorescent antibody, which we only have for the dog and cat.
The ANA test is used specifically for the diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosis (SLE). A positive ANA titer (> 1:80) with the associated clinical signs (e.g. skin disease, polyarthritis) and laboratory findings (e.g. proteinuria, thrombocytopenia) is diagnostic for SLE. ANA tests are used to support a diagnosis of SLE, but it must be realized that positive results can be seen in a variety of conditions, other than SLE, including infectious and non-immune-mediated inflammatory disease. Some people use the ANA titer to support an immune-mediated pathogenesis in a variety of other diseases. For example, dogs with immune-mediated non-regenerative anemias often have high ANA titers (usually < 1:160), despite not having SLE.

Put on the computer what the public asks for, not everything about the US.
I asked for a total medal count. I have been looking for 20 minutes and still cannot find it.
I also asked for a specific medal count for a specific country and got a history of when they first started to compete in the Olympics. I asked for a medal count for 2018, as of today,
not a history of that country.

Nema mogućnosti da se mlaznica začepi prljavštinom zbog idealnog pritiska u bočici. Bočice su izuzetno kompaktnog oblika koje svojom jednostavnošću savršeno leže u Vašoj ruci. Domet sprejeva je do 4 m, a nije preporučljivo upotrebljavati ispod 1 m. Sadržaj manje bočice je dostatan za barem 4 izbačaja po 1 sekundu ili 2 izbačaja po 2 sekunde, što je preporuka proizvođača. Izbačaj sadržaja iz bočice može biti u magli ili mlazu tj. u plinovitom ili tekućem stanju. Primjena im je svestrana: neki modeli su službena oprema policijskih postrojba u Njemačkoj, a možda je najbitnije reći da kada se pravilno upotrijebe, napadač će postati slijepac koji će jako teško disati i biti će onesposobljen za napad u prosjeku od 30 do 60 min, zavisno od osobe do osobe, ukupnom trajanju prskanja i izloženosti spreju. Anti-Hund Mina / Pöbel Möbel – Split
Pissed Records – BOZ 112 – 1984- 12″
Both Anti-Hund Mina and Pöbel Möbel was from the Jönköping area in Sweden. They shared one member, Peter who was singing in Pöbel Möbel and played the bass in AHM. This is the only vinyl by Anti-Hund Mina while Pöbel Möbel made an LP and an additional 7″ [more]. On this 12″ they have three songs each. Both bands have an international audience as I have been asked several time if I have this 12″ when I have been trading hardcore records with Americans. Most of them really enjoy Anti-Hund Mina. Of some reason I have never owned this release. This record is from Thrash Palace Stockholm.
I have heard the songs before but not the 12″ as whole. I really like it, certainly AHM. Listen to ♬ Pyroman with Anti-Hund Mina and ♬ Feel the Evil with Pöbel Möbel (both 320 kbps). If you like it you can also listen to the whole ♬ record (128 kbps). I normally don’t add a whole record but sadly there is no CD release with AHM.

Never liked this one, but I’ve had at least 5 copies of it over the years. Always sold it as soon as I found a new copy, but never new that people were looking for it. Thikn the best I’ve ever got for a copy is $25 or something like that.
25 dollars – I guess that the going price. I saw a NM copy of 35 dollars that was quickly sold. I kind of like Anti-Hund Mina. As you said it is not hard to get – I just did not bother to buy it earlier.
When playing records for a Sixten redlös-reuniongig i Jönköping one AHM-member came and asked if I knew about them. I only had the split 12″ and thought there were no more recordings.
Turns out there´s a homepage with 4 more unreleased tracks (Or at least not on vinyl, perhaps on some cassette I don´t know).
Also they´ve got two tracks on the Förnekad existens Vol.1. If you´ve got it I´d be really glad if you´d upload it.
And thanks for four effort with the website.

Panzerhund

A Panzerhund (German for "Tank/Armored Dog"), is a Nazi robotic hound enemy that appears in Wolfenstein: The New Order, Wolfenstein: The Old Blood and Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus. Panzerhund is singular, while Panzerhunde is plural.
1946 Edit
The Panzerhund was one of the first prototype robots to come out of General Deathshead's workshop. According to a newspaper article found in-game, it was first deployed on the Eastern Front, creating chaos along the Russian ranks as it tore through the battlefield.
Initially despite the introduction of the Panzerhund, the most common German canine unit to be seen on the battlefield in the Western theaters during the late 40s was the Kampfhund; the Panzerhunde encountered in 1946 by B.J. Blazkowicz appeared during the crash landing upon the beaches of Deathhead's Compound, before he and the other remaining Allied troops scaled the castle walls. Despite their appearance and apparent invulnerability to most attacks, they are taken out by B.J. using an anti-aircraft gun. Upon exiting the bunkers surrounding Deathshead's castle, B.J. is attacked and nearly killed by a Panzerhund, but is saved when Private Probst Wyatt III tricks the beast into catching a live grenade in its mouth, destroying it.
However this was actually not the first time Blazkowicz had personally encountered a Panzerhund. During the events of the Old Blood, B.J. had twice encountered a prototype of the Panzerhund. It is first encountered after B.J. sees Rudi Jäger take Wesley to be interrogated. It walks out of two sliding doors and B.J. must hide from it to avoid being killed. The same one that is encountered that time is seen again trying to jump up and kill B.J. very similar to how another one did in the New Order. It is seen again during a shootout at Paderborn Bridge, and B.J. must kill it to advance.
Alongside Deathshead, a key figure in the creation of the Panzerhund was a certain Dr. Ernst Brandt who designed the Artificial Intelligence system used in the robot.
1960 Edit
The Panzerhund 1960 is the evolution of the first prototypes and production model created by General Deathshead during the war. As envisioned by the General in one of his fevered visionary dreams, it is a super-efficient murder machine encased in titanium steel armor and fitted with bone-crushing metal jaws that can cut through the thickest of body armor.
The new, far more deadly Panzerhund can be seen several times during the campaign, each time posing a lethal threat to the player. A 1960s Panzerhund requires far more firepower to bring it down than its 1940s counterpart.
B.J. first encounters the 1960 Panzerhund while infiltrating the Eisenwald Prison in Berlin, but eventually incapacitates it in electrified water. Following Bobby Bram's suicide bombing of the London Nautica, B.J. evades and kills another Panzerhund as he makes his way into the building. Later, B.J. fights and destroys two more Panzerhunde while escaping the raid on the Kreisau Circle's hideout.
1961 Edit
The Panzerhund makes a comeback in Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus, this time in the 1961 Nazi-occupied United States. This model features an upgraded body and has a flamethrower in its mouth.
A Panzerhund appears as the titular deuteragonist of the in-game film Liesel. The main character Peggy summons Liesel with a whistle and orders her to save a sheriff from his overturned truck. Liesel does so, but also destroys the truck, to Peggy's disappointment.
While searching for Horton in the ruins of New Orleans, B.J. encounters Panzerhunde patrolling the streets as part of the citywide purge.
At some point, Horton's resistance cell captured and reprogrammed a Panzerhund to fight its former masters. B.J. himself rides the Panzerhund, killing as many Nazis as possible, in order to buy Horton and other survivors of the New Orleans ghetto time to escape.
Also Joseph Stallion had managed to steal a Panzerhund during his escape from a prison in Chicago.
