With the Deluxe Tracking service plan, you create continuous tracking sessions (15 second updates for up to 5 hours), send invitations for others to track your activities, set speed alerts, schedule queries and more.

Die mitgelieferten Batterien (CR2032) halten bei optimalen Bedingung, und einer Suche von 10 Minuten am Tag, rund 30 Tage. Für niedrige Temperaturen (unter 5°C) empfehlen wir die LIR2032 mit dem zugehörigen Ladegerät. Das Ladegerät ist auch unter www.girafus-shop.com erhältlich.
Frage: Kann ich auch in geschlossenen Räume mein Haustier orten?
Ja. Der Girafus pro-TRACK-tor Pet Tracker funktioniert auch in geschlossenen Räumen oder in bebauten gebieten. So ist eine Ortung auch zum Beispiel im Keller des Nachbars möglich, wenn Sich die Katze darin eingeschlossen hat.

Frage: Wie viel wiegt der Sender?
Mit Batterie nur 8 Gramm. Somit einer der leichtesten Sender für Tiere. GPS Sender wiegen deutlich mehr und sind daher ungeeignet für kleine Katzen und Hunde
Frage: Benötige ich eine App um mein Tier zu orten?
Nein. Die Ortung geschieht über das mitgelieferte Handgerät, welches die Richtung und die approximative Entfernung anzeigt.
Frage: Was ist in der Verpackung mit dabei?
Es ist ein Handgerät und je nach Variante 1 bis 4 Tag-Module. Mit dabei sind auch Silikonhüllen für die/den Sender, Klettbänder um die/den Sender am Halsband des Tiers zu befestigen, sowie Batterien für die Sender (je nach Variante 1 bis 4 mal CR2032) und 2 mal AAA Batterien. Eine Schleife um sich das Handgerät umzuhängen ist auch mit dabei, sowie die Bedienungsanleitung.
Frage: Wie starte ich das Gerät?
Einfach Batterien in Handgerät und Sender einlegen und die Suche kann beginnen. Das Gerät ist bereits vorkonfiguriert.
Frage: Kann ich die Genauigkeit der Suche verbessern?
In dem Sie sich einmal im Uhrzeigersinn, bei gestarteter Suche, drehen und ein mal gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen. Eine Drehung sollte 3 Sekunden dauern. Auch ist es ratsam in verschieden Richtungen zu gehen bei der Suche, damit sich das Gerät auf die Umgebung einstellen kann.
Frage: Meine Katze steht genau vor mir. Ich bekomme aber kein Signal. Ist das Gerät kaputt?
Das Gerät empfängt keine Signale unterhalb von einem Meter Abstand, zwischen Handgerät und Sender
Frage: Wie befestige ich den Sender am Halsband?
Sie können 1. das mitgelieferte Klettband benutzen und 2. befindet sich ein Loch am Sender, wodurch Sie eine Schlaufe oder Ring ziehen können.
Frage: Was bewirkt der Knopf am Sender?
Sie können sich vergewissern ob die Batterie Spannung hat und die Polarität stimmt. Er kann den Sender, bei gedrückt halten, jedoch in den Tiefschlaf versetzen, so dass Sie den Sender deaktivieren müssen (Kontakt zur Batterie trennen) und wieder Aktivierten müssen.
Wie merke ich, wenn die Batterie im Sender langsam leer geht.
Der Sender wird in einen bestimmten Abstand einen Piepton von sich geben, sowie die LED am Sender wird flackern.

The dark, touching anything belonging to Jack Scallywag
Tracker is a jeep-driving pup with super hearing who lives in the jungle with Carlos. Tracker made his debut and became the eighth PAW Patrol pup in "Tracker Joins the Pups!".
Personality
Tracker enjoys playing with the various forms of wildlife in the jungle. He often utilizes his great hearing abilities to save someone in danger when necessary. Even though Tracker is brave, he doesn't like being in dark places. Whenever he is about to be taken into a dark area such as the Monkey Temple, he says "oyoyoy".
Appearance
Tracker has brown fur with a white underside, face and paws. He wears a red collar with a green PAW Patrol pup tag that has a picture of a compass. His gear consists of a dark green hat and a dark green vest. Before he got his gear, he had a red bandana around his neck.
Pup-Tag
Tracker has a pup-tag like the rest of his fellow teammates. His pup tag has a silver outline and the inside is green with compass symbol on it to represent his ability to find his way to things. When in use, the pup-tag flashes its light. The pup-tag also has a special mechanism, which allows the PAW Patrol pups to make video calls to other PAW Patrol members.
Tracker's pup-pack has a grappling hook that he often uses to swing on branches. He also uses his grappling hook to pull things that could be stuck. His pup-pack also has a multi-tool function that reveals several smaller items.
Tracker's Jeep is a white off-road vehicle with green stripes on it resembling camouflage. It has 4 spotlights on the top his symbol on each side of the vehicle. The vehicle number is 11.

I asked for a total medal count. I have been looking for 20 minutes and still cannot find it.
I also asked for a specific medal count for a specific country and got a history of when they first started to compete in the Olympics. I asked for a medal count for 2018, as of today,

The company has upgraded Tagg recently with several new features, including a temperature sensor which notifies you if your pet is in danger of overheating on a hot day or freezing in chilly conditions. Tagg also monitors their activity and fitness levels during the day ensuring they stay active and healthy.
Pawscout Smart Tag for Cats
The Pawscout Smart Tag attaches to any collar and locates your cat within a 200-foot radius of any phone or tablet with the Pawscout app. This means that you can put your pet on a virtual leash and receive alerts if it strays. The tracker was developed in partnership with the SFSPCA to introduce a community-supported way to find lost pets and reunite them with their owners.
You can invite friends, family, neighbors, dog walkers and pet sitters to install the free app to help protect your pet. If the worst happens and your pet goes missing, send out a digital “lost cat” flyer to all the animal lovers in your area and have the community searching for your pet at a moment’s notice.
The inexpensive device also offers a complete pet profile and a lifetime of protection for a one-time purchase. This is more convenient than microchip information which can get out of date, plus reading a microchip requires a trip to the vet.
Tabcat is an innovative tracking device that lets you keep on top of the whereabouts of your pet. Attaching easily to your cat’s collar, the gizmo is lightweight (6 grams versus GPS tags which are normally 30+ grams), but robust enough to stay on whatever they get up to.
The directional handset picks up the signal from your kitty and then tells you which way to walk to find them. A single red light tells you’re in range and then as you walk in the right direction and get closer lights go to amber and then green guiding you right to your kitty.
Tabcat can track your cat up to 122 meters in clear line of sight and guide you right to their location, within 2.5cm. The company says, about 70% of customers they have spoken to said their cat learned to come back on its own when they pressed the locate button. Doing this activates a small beep on the tag. It seems you can train them to associate the beep with a treat.
Pod is a GPS tracker and activity monitor for cats and other animals designed so it can be attached to any size collar. It lets you locate your pet on demand, monitor their activity and record their adventures on your smartphone or computer.
The second generation device now has WiFi in addition to GPS, which helps deliver faster positions and offers the ability to locate indoors. The mobile app will display your cat’s current location on a map and you can also set up a virtual fence so that you get an alert if your pet strays.
Pod 2 is a little 2.0-by-0.9-inch black cylinder that weighs just 1 ounce. You get the tracker, two batteries, a proprietary USB dongle battery charger, and two rubberized attachment straps.
The company has recently launched a Kickstarter campaign for Pod 3. This one will have modular add-ons to track your specific needs in addition to 3G connectivity and a more advanced GPS chip.
Kippy is an Italian project, a collaboration among experts from the animal, technology and communication worlds. This is a live GPS tracker for cats and other animals.
Whenever your pet wears Kippy you can follow its movements directly from your smart phone, tablet, and computer. The small form factor and universal attachment means it can be easily attached to any collar.
As with many other trackers, the accompanying smartphone app allows you set up a virtual fence, and helps you locate and reach your pet. For now, you can use Kippy only in Europe, India, South Africa and Turkey.

With the Live Tracking Mode you will see the trace where your pet was and where it is headed right now. The integrated light not only helps to find missing pets in the dark, but also increases the visibility of your pet when going for a walk close to roads.
Tractive uses GPS and communicates through cell phone towers, which enable you to track your pet 24/7.
This is not a dedicated pet tracker. Rather, its a universal tag that makes it easy to keep tabs on your valuables.
TrackR has an app for both Apple and Android devices which allows you to easily track your lost items. The small, coin-sized device can also be attached to your pet’s collar or other valuable items. You can then monitor the location of the tab by ringing TrackR, using TrackR’s Distance Indicator or via Crowd GPS.

Weenect Cats lets you can find your cat at any time, no matter where they are. The GPS tracker is connected to your smartphone through a mobile app so that their location is displayed in real-time on a map.

But that’s not all. Weenect Cats is also the world’s first GPS phone for cats! Yes, its not a typo – if you’re not at home, call and reassure your cat from wherever you are.
The device is ultra-light, weighing only 25g. A full recharge only takes 3 hours and lasts 4 days in standby mode.
PawTrack is not just about finding your cat when it’s lost- it’s about seeing where they go, and what they do. The company originally raised funds via Kickstarter to develop the product, but its now available for retail sale.
The cat monitoring collar uses GPS & GLONASS for tracking and works in over 170 countries. Pawtrack takes a location fix every 10 minutes (and on request for live tracking). These positions are stored on the collar and are then uploaded automatically or on demand.
In addition, the collar is WiFi enabled and programmed to recognise your home internet network. Once your cat returns Pawtrack recognises the WiFi signal, tells the server he’s home, downloads the latest positions and switches GPS off. When your cat leaves home it starts up again.
A built in accelerometer recognises when your cat is sleeping, resting or lazing around and shuts the collar down to conserve battery (which typically lasts around 6 days).

Perhaps to avoid any misleading to potential researchers a different title might suit the article better? It’s important to provide customers with all of the facts so they can make the most informed decision about which tracker is right for them!

It looks like the cat used in the review for the Pod and the cat used in the review for Weenect is the same cat on the Weenect website. I’m sure the Weenect is good but just curious if there is a connection. It might have impacted how they reviewed the other devices.
nice list.. but as of now im using Trackimo as my dog tracker..and it works great..It’s a neat device, small and easy to use. It didn’t seem to update very well at first but the more I used it the better it seemed to get.

I have had cats for one year now. We started very young with a collar, and added a tracking device after they became familiar with the safe parts of the neighbor. Initially we tied them up at various places outside our home. The Big downside was my cat started catching birds, which is unacceptable. One each day. It is much better now that she started wearing a second collar that UN-camouflages her. Fortunately my cat tolerates collars well.
